How to Cure the Holiday Blues.

Holiday blues are common this time of year. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by too much family, or not enough family. Perhaps you’ve lost someone this year and your missing them terribly.  Maybe there are money issues and you’re feeling blue or suffering from “there’s never enough” syndrome.

It’s not unusual to feel a sense of disconnect during the holidays. The past, the present and the future all seem to collide into a single event this time of year. Remembering brings up memories, both good and bad. The New Year brings hope and goals and still we are faced with realities of the present moment.
